The Guararema Tourist-Cultural Center aims to value, develop, and support the cultural and tourist activities of the city of Paudalho/PE and adjacent municipalities, as well as to recover the historical importance of the buildings in its railway complex. Through the historical analysis of Brazil's railway heritage, the influence of this heritage on the history of the city of Paudalho/PE, the design constraints, and the studies of architectural intervention methodologies and empirical references, a new building was developed, with different architectural styles, using discarded materials from the local ceramic industry, which values and references the pre-existing buildings on the site. As a complement to the main project, additional actions were suggested that can enhance the center's scope.
